WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT THE STAR THERAPIST HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STAR THERAPIST'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE STAR THERAPIST IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Star Therapist, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your use of the Service at thestartherapist.com
- Your User Content or any content you post or submit
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
10. Termination
The Star Therapist reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. Termination of your access to the Service will not relieve you of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
